Xmas Party 2018

Post 95 held its Annual Xmas Party at the Stonehurst Restaurant. Food was great and a fun time was held by all! Thanks to all who attended. The Post is proud of all it has done in the past year in support of it Veterans and it's community. Here a a few pictures from the event:

KENNETT HIGH SCHOOL
​Saturday Nov 3rd 7AM -4PM  Robotics Event  - This event is where students enter their 
​constructed robots into a fun competition. The event is chaired by Joe Riddensdale a drafting 
​instructor at Kennett and will be held in the gym. Joe has reached out seeking volunteers to help 
             with the activities including judging and clean up after the event.   Please call or email Joe if you

​Joe also is the leader of a group of students who are pursuing a career in the military and/or law 
​enforcement. The group is called the Task Force Eagles and their mission statement is as follows:
​​“The Mission of the Task Force Eagle is to assist high school students in preparation
​​mentally and physically for entrance into military service or law enforcement upon 
​​graduation.  We seek to instill in our members the value of service, citizenship and
​​personal responsibility.”  Joe has set up a GoFundMepage with the goal of raising $1500
​​by Nov 11 to purchase uniforms for the kids.  The group plans to participate in the

NOVEMBER 9TH
​John Fuller and the Bartlett Elementary Schools invite veterans to attend
​Veteran Appreciation Day.  Activities begin at 10:30AM at the John Fuller School and at 1:30PM
​in Bartlett. These kids go all out in showing their appreciation to the local veterans.  Attend if 
​you can you will not be disappointed. Wear a service uniform or your Legion/VFW    
             cap.
