Meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Commander Graham.

Convention Shirts are on schedule
Kevin Murnane reported on Advertisement. He has followed up with Lisa and Dan on Post ads and is working with the Advertising Company.
Contacted them about Military Contractors in NH to place ads. Some ads are coming in digitally. Information has been put on the Dept. web site many times. Dead line for advertisements is May 1st. Kevin will follow up with Advertising company.
Vern reported on Banquet tickets Cut off time is May 1st. 91 tickets have been sold. The meal choices are: Prime Rib, Baked Haddock, or Pasta Primavera. Will need to contact District Commanders for tickets. The banquet tickets for the District Commanders being installed into office will be put aside. For those not attending the Banquest please notify Vern Leighton, Commander of Post 43 Jutras. There are only 200 tickets available and if you are not planning on attending we could use the tickets.
All rooms must be paid for by April 15th. If the room has not been paid by April 15th they will be turned back over to the hotel and you will have to make your own arrangements for housing. Also need who will be occupying the rooms. Need to have this to Deb Davis as soon as your delegates have been elected that also includes the Auxiliary and the Sons.

Mike Lopez reported on Centennial Committee: they are fund raising and things are going well Have sold enough tickets to cover cost of raffle prize money for convention and have about $2000 left over. Question raised about duplicate things being done by the Centennial Committee and the Convention Committee. There these questions will be resolved following this year's convention.
Adjutant Dan Yoder reported that he needs the names of the deceased by May 1st. The entries for the Colored Guard competition need to be sent in to Dept. Attn: Mike Constentino. So far there has been only two posts that have shown interest. The details for the Sunday morning Memorial Service plans are being worked on. Also would like the Legion Riders ride in first for the ceremony. Sergeant at Arms, Mike Constentino is point of contact.
Bob Blais will set up a meeting with the hotels and committee members in Lincoln for Thursday April 7th at 10 am.
